ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

Well i was screwing around with the system and i found that i forgot to actually start mysql server. You start mysql server by running mysqld. And now you try running mysql. It works right.
